Highly recommended. At Ambience we had 3 terrific amuse bouches (The standout being #3, the Coos Bay oyster in some terrific reduction and liquid N2), followed by 13 courses (plus a chef's freebie, a terrific blue fin tuna tartare with flying fish roe & frizzled leak), paired with their premium wine pairing ($165/per person for the pairing, and SO worth it!), and when we finished the final terrific dessert course paired with a dessert Sauterne, followed by espresso, we were all 3 sated but not overfull/stuffed.
